How I help.

Different moments call for different forms of partnership. Each service below begins with the same question: what does your leadership actually need?

The brief decides the shape.

Sometimes that's stepping in to lead. Sometimes it's one sharp day with your team. Sometimes it's a seat alongside a portfolio company, or finding the permanent leader the moment calls for. Four forms, one starting question.

01
Interim & Fractional CEO

Step in. Lead. Hand over.

When the chair needs an experienced operator at the helm.

As an interim or fractional CEO, I guide organisations through growth, transformation and change. With experience leading national and international companies across the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany and wider Europe, I help businesses accelerate performance, strengthen leadership teams, and build future-ready cultures.

Whether bridging a leadership gap during succession, stepping in after an exit, redefining strategy, or driving transformation through complexity, I bring clarity, direction and measurable results. I work fast, decide with conviction, and build the rhythm that turns strategy into execution.

My approach combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring stability today and sustainable growth tomorrow. Founders, boards and shareholders engage me when the moment is critical, when the right call, made at the right time, makes all the difference.

Strategic Acceleration

One day. Sharper decisions.

When strategy is clear but momentum slows.

Many organisations don't suffer from a lack of strategy. What slows them down is unclear choices, leadership dynamics inside the management team, or a missing execution rhythm.

Markets have become more demanding. Growth is less automatic. Competition moves faster and investors expect sharper results. In that environment, founders and CEOs often feel the organisation needs to re-accelerate. Not by creating more plans, but by making better decisions and aligning leadership around execution.

That is where the Strategic Acceleration Session comes in. In one focused working day with founders, CEOs or management teams, I work through priorities, decision rights, and the operating rhythm that turns intent into action. The outcome is concrete: a leadership team that leaves the room aligned, sharper and ready to move.

Single day · Recurring cadence · Quarterly rhythm with leadership team

Operating Partner

PE cycle. Operator's view.

For PE firms and portfolios that need senior operational firepower.

For companies looking to add senior operational firepower to their portfolio, I am available as an Operating Partner for one to three days per week.

I bring a full PE-cycle perspective: ten years as Group CEO of YoungCapital (from early growth to European market leadership) and Group CEO of Circle8 under Axiom Partners, co-responsible for the buy-and-build into a multi-label group headquartered in Zurich.

I know what it takes to lead under PE ownership: the rhythm with the investor, the pressure on tempo and margin, and how to create value during the hold period that becomes visible at exit.

Where I see the strongest impact is with portfolio companies that have growing pains, need to accelerate value creation, or have stalled and need to move again. I work alongside the portfolio CEO as sparring partner, strategic accelerator, or hands-on where it matters.

Not sure which fits?

Most introductory conversations take thirty minutes. The shape becomes clear in the first ten, and we'll only proceed if the moment actually calls for it.
